Most products in this portfolio are prototypes, design studies or case studies rather than generally available commercial services. Each document below states the stage of its product and applies from the point that product becomes available to a given user.

Every product in the portfolio has its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement, tailored to how that product actually handles data. They share a common spine: data minimisation, no selling of personal data, UK GDPR compliance, and a stated goal of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility.

Mappd ecosystem — file converters

Preset-first tools that convert files between the formats two applications expect. Conversion runs in the browser, so file contents stay on the user’s device.

Services, rebuilt simpler

Hosted services that handle data on behalf of their customers. Here the customer is the data controller and the product acts as their processor.

RealFast — the RFP and procurement suite

Business-to-business software for bidding and procurement teams, handling bid content, public-records requests and vendor governance.

Search aggregators — browser extensions

Browser extensions that search multiple marketplaces at once. They read only their supported marketplace sites and keep preferences on the user’s device where possible.
